These great Billiken earrings havea gold nugget "navel." They are suspended by screwbacks that are marked 1/20 12K GF with a maker's mark I cannot make out. The Billikens themselves measure 5/8" x 1". They are in excellent condition. They could be a possible match to my Trocadero item #771672. They would also make great charms if removed from the screwbacks.

This early 20th century Chinese carved wood statue is 5" tall, 6 1/8" wide and 3 1/4" in depth. The statue presents the legendary Chinese character Liu Hai. This character is an eternally young boy who is always accompanied by a three legged toad. The statue presents a smiling Liu Hai seated comfortably on a rock with a whisk and straw hat on his back and the three legged toad resting on his right foot. Aside from a minor repair on his left toe, it is in great condition.

A small bronze kyizi gong from a village in Burma is flanked by two coiled naga, sea dragons that are Buddhist icons of protection revered throughout Southeast Asia. Kyizi, (pronounced chi-z) are, as far as we know, unique to Burma, and cast in a variety of sizes, from smaller than this one to quite large, heavy pieces.
